This High Protein Pumpkin Fruit Dip is the ultimate healthy snack to pair with all those in-season apples this fall.

It’s super easy to make and comes together in less than 5 minutes! It’s also made with healthy ingredients like greek yogurt, which is naturally high in protein and probiotics, as well as vitamin A rich pumpkin.

I love pairing this dip with fresh apple slices, but you could definitely eat it as a yogurt bowl if you’d prefer! Try topping it with diced apple, granola, nuts or seeds for a delicious breakfast or snack!

Pumpkin fruit dip ingredients

  • Plain greek yogurt: yogurt makes the base of this dip and gives it that super creamy texture. I prefer to use a full-fat greek yogurt. For a dairy-free version, feel free to use a thick, non-dairy yogurt like coconut.
  • Vanilla protein powder: make sure that you’re using a protein powder that you enjoy the taste of! My go-to protein powder is Ritual Essential Protein.
  • Pumpkin puree: this gives the dip its delicious pumpkin flavour. Use 100% pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling, which is loaded with sugar.
  • Almond butter: feel free to use another nut butter like cashew or even peanut butter. For a nut-free option, sunflower butter would be a good choice!
  • Pumpkin pie spice: for some warmth and that pumpkin pie flavour. I prefer to make my own blend, but if you have a store-bought one you like, feel free to use that.
  • Ground cinnamon: pairs perfectly with the pumpkin pie spice!
  • Sea salt: just a pinch to enhance the rest of the flavours.
