Cinnamon Baked Peaches

Warm and juicy baked cinnamon peaches served with vanilla ice cream or greek yogurt. They make the perfect summer dessert and only take about 15 minutes to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar or monk fruit sweetener
  • ground cinnamon, to taste
  • vanilla ice cream or greek yogurt for serving
  • optional toppings: a good quality balsamic vinegar or balsamic reduction, raw or toasted walnuts, fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut peaches in half, remove the pit, and place in a baking dish cut side up.
  • Place a small piece of butter in the centre of each peach and then sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until soft. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or greek yogurt and other topping suggestions if desired. Enjoy!
