Hibiscus Blueberry Mocktail
This Hibiscus Blueberry Mocktail is refreshing, tangy and made with nourishing ingredients like hibiscus tea, blueberries, lime juice and fresh mint. It's packed with antioxidants and is low in sugar!

Boil water and pour 8oz over dried hibiscus flower. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Divide blueberries and mint leaves into two small glasses. Gently muddle to crush the ingredients together.
Add ice to glasses. Fill 3/4 of the way up with hibiscus tea and then add 1oz lime juice to each glass. Give the drinks a gently stir, then top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint, blueberries or a slice of lime if desired Enjoy!
