Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding
This Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding is super creamy and packed with that delicious orange vanilla flavour. Made with greek yogurt, fresh orange, chia seeds, and a touch of turmeric, it makes the perfect nutritious snack or dessert!

In a container or bowl, add all the ingredients except for the chia seeds and whisk well to combine.
Add the chia seeds and whisk again. Allow to sit for about 10 minutes before whisking once more.
Cover the container or bowl and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.
When ready to eat, divide the chia pudding into jars or bowls and top with greek yogurt. Enjoy!
When zesting the orange, be careful to remove just the orange zest and not some of the pith (the white part under the peel), which can be quite bitter and change the taste of your chia pudding.
To make this recipe dairy-free, use coconut yogurt or another non-dairy yogurt instead of greek yogurt.
